The core finding

31 of their 50 most-shown ads sell one job: talking to your AI instead of typing to it.

That angle is 30% of all 625 ads, and 62% of the top 50.
Meta's own ranking pushes the AI prompt and coding ads hardest. The new Notetaker push is 95 ads and none of them is in the top 50 yet.

The oldest ad still live. It names the job (AE), the hours lost (11 a week) and the apps the work happens in (Salesforce, Gmail, Slack, PandaDoc). It goes to a sales-only page with no site menu.

06 · Google and YouTubeOn YouTube they test hooks, not angles

Google lists 759 ads for Wispr AI, Inc, a verified advertiser. Behind the video ads sit 97 YouTube videos, 93 of them unlisted. Their file names show the method: the same body with numbered hooks, such as "YT Test Ad 1 H3".

423 of the 759 Google ads were still running (last shown 14 or 15 Oct); the earliest was first shown 2025-03-03. The public channel @wisprflow has 10.4K subscribers and 73 videos; its listed videos have a median 3,690 views. Source: Google Ads Transparency Center and yt-dlp metadata, 15 Oct 2026.

07 · Copy thisWhat a founder can take from it

  1. Sell the job your buyer already does, in the tools they already use.

31 of Wispr Flow's 50 most-shown ads are about prompting AI or coding by voice, and 12 of those 31 name the tool the viewer already uses, such as Claude, Cursor or Lovable. Across all 625 ads that angle is 30%.

  2. Launch wide, cut within a week.

112 of the 135 ads they stopped between 30 Sep and 5 Oct ran under 7 days (median 3). Their top 50 have run a median 45 days.

  3. Keep feeding the top of the account.

90 of their top 250 ads on 2 Oct were out of the top 250 ten days later. On 12 Oct, 149 of the top 256 were under two weeks old.

  4. Open on a face, vertical, about 30 seconds.

76% of their video covers show a person. 421 of 428 videos are 9:16. Median length 32 seconds.

  5. Run creator videos on the creator's handle.

61 of the 625 are partnership ads ("Creator with Wispr Flow"). One creator page, Brown Chronicle, carries 28. A live scroll on 15 Oct found partnership ads from about 23 creators.

  6. Give each audience its own door.

Ads point to /developers, /notetaker, /india, /granola-switch and a separate sales page with no site menu. The homepage takes about half.

  7. Attack a competitor with an offer you can test.

The Granola ads credit your remaining paid Granola months plus 1, 2 or 3 bonus months. The bonus is a URL parameter (months=1, 2, 3), so each level runs as its own set of ads with its own URL.

  8. Keep the body, test the first seconds.

On YouTube, 68 of their 97 ad videos are named by hook number. In one set, the same body with five different hooks got between 25M and 368M views.

  9. Reuse a script until it stops working.

625 ads carry 395 distinct pieces of copy. One creative runs as 24 separate ads.
